Buying Chinese goods online in India will no longer be inconvenient. Now Indians will be able to buy goods from Chinese e-tailers directly on Paytm and Shopclues.
This is also a good news for Indian sellers as they can negotiate with the Chinese sellers and make wholesale purchases by paying in Indian currency.
Paytm has partnered with Alibaba. Now more than 1 lakh sellers of AliExpress, a global marketplace of Alibaba will list their products on Paytm. With this, Alibaba will make their entry into the Indian e-commerce sector.
There will be no difference in buying from Indian and Chinese sellers. Customers will pay in Indian rupees and shall receive the products in 15 to 30 days with an option to receive goods faster by paying additional charges.
Shopclues has partnered with DHgate, which is world’s leading wholesale marketplace recommended by the Chinese Ministry of commerce. DHgate connects buyers from all over the world with Chinese whole sellers. Customers will be able to buy Chinese products directly on Shopclues.
Though There are no confirmed launch dates, It is going to be much easier to buy chinese goods online in India.
